HTC Corporation was established on May 15, 1997, also known as HTC. It is a Taiwanese mobile phone and tablet manufacturer, the world's largest manufacturer of Windows Mobile smartphones and the world's largest smartphone OEM and manufacturer.

Founder

Wang Xuehong, born on September 14, 1958, is currently Chairman of VIA Technologies, Yuenuo International Media, Hongda International, Xander international corp., Quanda International. She is also the president of School of Information Science and Technology  of Shanghai University of Science and Technology, non-executive director of Hong Kong TVB and director of a number of corporate companies.

Logo meaning

The "h" on the left side of the logo is like a chair, "t" in the middle is like a table, and the c on the right is like a stool. The implication is to let us sit down and explore the mystery of HTC which is the abbrivation for High Technology Computer Corporation.

From the world's first smartphone to the world's first 4G smartphone, from the metal body HTC One to the dual-lens 3D stereo camera HTC One (M8), and now with the innovation of the new intelligent HTC mini camera RE, HTC has brought too many No. 1 on the market of intelligent product. HTC also constantly innovate to explore new horizons and restore people's ideal life step by step.

Competitiveness

HTC's lack of core technology is definite, but the bigger issue is that there is no core competitiveness. Large companies are all sensitive to this aspect. HTC relies on resource integration and cooperation. The core technologies currently controlled by HTC are mostly concentrated on the user experience level. With the adherence to the high-end strategy, HTC has recently increased its advertising investment and highlighted its brand image through sound effects, cameras,design etc.
